DA from expired domain?

Hello, if i have a new one domain with 0 DA, and i buy a 30+ DA expired domain and redirect with 301 ¿I get those 30 DA for the new domain?

No! By 301 you are taking little juice from the other domain. Buy high DA but don't just 301. It's almost useless.

You mean grow authority? Aging and rankings will help. Google keep taking away value from link building. Specially outbound...

Yep , all I want is to grow authority with a new domain. In this case domain expired and linked with 301 does not work to improve my new domain DA?

Becoming an authority website isn't instant. It takes some time.

You have to post content regularly, update social media, and be consistently sending backlinks to your site. Asking for instant authority tricks is basically asking the ATM to spit money out without taking it from your account.

Yes, it helps. It should be part of your strategy. Usually you take 1 or 2 expired domains to do a 301, not really more it looks obvious that you are trying to manipulate the results. On the others, you mount some PBN and write some articles that you publish on a weekly / biweekly base, with some links to some websites (and not only yours).

It depends if you trigger a flag at Google. Usually after doing this, Google will start to make your website dancing (going from position X to Y, etc.). If will then stabilize after 1/2 months.

What you have to understand is, that all these metrics (DA, PA, TF, CF etc) are all approximations of Value. Google has no stake in it. I had Sites with very good metrics that would rank quite poorly. Lately, I have noticed, that 301 work poorly, or not at all. You do have to find your own way to make them work. Im afraid the times of buying domains with power to 301 are almost completly gone.

I would suggest you to buy a expired domain which has a good DA, PA, TF & CF value and start building your website on it instead of going for a new domain and getting 301 redirects.

Because this days 301 redirect really won't work as per my knowledge plus it's a risky job if you do alot of 301 redirects google may ban you.
