Wordpress as in you've hosted it your self? Or is it on their site?
If you hosted it your self:
Take the BHCB header code and copy it.
Login to your Wordpress site.
Go to Appearance > Editor
On the right click Header.
Now, in the code box you should see <head> somewhere in the code, look hard.
At the very first line after <head> paste the code.
And of course, if you haven't already upload the lock file and all the content except index.html (just for good measure) to: www/wp-content/themes/<yourthemename>/
... I believe that's the correct path.

Yes, I believe the themes folder is the folder you have to put all the files in and then call it via the header like I stated above.
Since the plugins folder is ONLY for Wordpress plugins it wouldn't work there.
I did it on one of my autoblogs a while back, it works I'm not a 100% it is the themes folder. But that's where you guys come in and try it your self, try to learn something.
