gmt profile picture failed

i can't put a profile picture on my child accounts,
I get this error " Failed to change account profile picture. Check the error log for more information"
Or i get this one "1 account failed to update"
Can you please help ?

Try to use other formats like .jpg .png and make sure you have a stable ethernet connection with a good IP. Good luck!

The problem was bypassed by using photo from an other camera than mine i don't know why mine was problematic...

Maybe your picture was to big. You can scale your picture down with some websites.

tried 1:1 ratio 110*110 pixels did not work
same for 3xx*3xx pixels
or original resolution
