Order was processed hours later. Placed another order 4 hours ago. Still hasn't been processed.

When I first came across this panel it looked really promising. I was given the $1 review copy and the services I ordered then, worked. I decided to put some money in to place more orders and since then it's just been frustrating and disappointing.

Services don't work, orders stay processing for days and get cancelled. Orders even get marked 'delivered' without actually being delivered and you get charged for them too. The support staff replies to the tickets quick but their help is pretty much useless because there isn't any. In the past 2-3 months and 20 something orders, literally only one has worked and been delivered. I wouldn't recommend this panel at all unless you want to waste your time.

@Titanitex Can you train your support staff to actually follow up on their "I'll see what happened with your orders and update you as soon as possible"? I want to be refunded for orders that I was charged for and were falsely marked as 'delivered' when they were not (Orders - 14217, 24329, 24330, 24331). Once that's done I want my entire credit amount to be refunded to the payment method. I do not wish to use your panel anymore. Terrible support and nothing works.

Issues have been taken care of via your ticket and those orders have been refunded. Please note that we do not refund any balance to payment methods as per ToS.

My Account got suspended on there and my Balance was not refunded just because i said him that i want a Refund for a Order that not be delivered on time like in the description promised. its not the first time that happened. Its def time to open a thread on the shitlist for this guy

We do not ban accounts unless any fraudulent activity has been done. Your open case on Paypal will be refunded and your account will be closed after that.

Likes were not delivered within the time listed in the description due to the Likes Delays which was notified for all Likes Services. Likes were later delivered as ordered.

Your support staff isn't all too helpful. They don't know why stuff isn't working.
