It's been well over 1 month and still have not received my complete order!!! I've ordered 5 articles and only received 3. The TAT given was 13 business days, which we're well over now. I've contacted the seller twice via PM, and even received an updated deadline which was NOT met. I had high hopes for this service, but believe the seller does not have processes in place to handle the load of orders received. Since PM'ing you was unsuccessful, I'm resorting to a public request. When can I expect the rest of my order???
