The other day one of my "fake" Twitter accounts got suspended. I appealed, they refused to restore.

Then they suspended a bunch of accounts critical of China, but gave back after 24 hours, claimed a bot mistakenly caught them.

Then I just login and my main actual 100% real Twitter account is suspended.

I contact a friend of mine, his personal account is suspended.

I search for twitter suspended on twitter, and huge accounts all over the place are going down.

Did Twitter decided to shut down but they want to ban everyone instead of just making an announcement and closing shop?

Made me look. I don't really use Twitter anymore, but my personal account has 115k followers from back in the day, i wouldn't like to lose that for good, it was already suspended once.

Maybe it's just a faulty algo and the legit accounts will be reinstated.

Twitter is going crazy right now. They've been going at it for a while now, but now they're really stepping up the bans. I mean, they banning legit and fake and everything and everybody.

I actually got 4 accounts suspended. I'm gonna appeal, but not keeping my hopes up.

You are right on that, they've been known to suspend by mistake and then restore, but still, how fucking unprofessional that is.

I've noticed if one account you have gets flagged, any account that has been associated with the same number will ask to for re-verification. It looks like they want to limit multiple account creation as much as they possibly can.

I'm used to get my account locked then i unlock it by contacting the support, but now it says " Suspended " ? WTH is this?
I Filed an appeal to review it though & unlock it, mine is personal & real verified with e-mail & phone numbers, so' i'll be waiting their reply to know WTH is going on with them.

A lot of bans happened recently with all my accounts. I started doing a Case Study on Twitter what triggers bans/locks and i'll probably be posting in in the JRVip Section once i finish the Case Study.
But yeah, it seems like Twitter has been cracking down on Spam a lot. I assume we will see more changes from them in the upcoming months, possibly even more restrictions..

I tried to experiment with the exchange using twitter likes/favs and invite them to become followers from 844 followers until I reach a total of 1302 followers it ended just 2 months ago the last login was 6 days ago then when I check my account all added followers were removed yesterday, then now my account got suspended wtf.

The purge stopped and now it’s back again, just lost 500 followers. Will going on private stop twitter removing my followers?
