I have only one account by now and want to use f/uf method on mobile. What is the best app to use (free 100%) which doesn't get you banned?

insta.py (there is another python based one but I forget the name and get them muddled, one is more a library the other is more a bot)
mgp25 (more a library than a bot)

As to getting banned, you get your accounts banned, not the bot. Tell the bot to do things that will get you banned and you will get banned. Same as the phone app, spam any and other one all day long, and get banned

In my opinion, after trying a lot of tools.
I Recommend Jarvee if you want to make the account more natural but it a little bit pricy

None of the major bots are bad bots. Sure you could use a product that was just released in the last week that was a "bad bot" and get your account banned. But any product that has been around a while will not be "bad".

bots can be tuned to work well, but really only save time at best. bots are better used in a scraping role since content is king.

edit: then voila, a free hootsuite acct is all you need to get started
