17% engagement but never in the explorer Instagram

Hello , I just bought a new account (travel niche) which I will use with my gf as a couple travel account

For the moment I post repost of travel couple , my engagement is really good 17% , 1800 likes/post, but even with # , I'm never in the explorer / popular section .
And I have not a lot of new impressions , >90% are my followers
On Hypeauditor I saw that the seller did mass follow/unfollow , is it link with that?

And if I use my account totally normally now , can I change that ?

Maybe your content isn't strong/good enough even with that engagement to make it to the explore

Since IG is changing up their explore, they’re really cracking down on reshares. So if you’re sharing images that have been shared by others you’re less likely to show up.

They’re also prioritizing video, igtv, and stories in explore over static posts. And the videos need to be actually videos, no scrolling pictures, no quotes.

Not sure that really answers your question,, though...

I don’t know the turnaround time If you start using it properly.

I buy it to a instagram friend , a follower of my main account

Yes first time I thought about the fact that the repost were touch down by instagram
But a lot of my followers (friends) who repost have 6000 followers and 10 000 likes , by the explorer

Do you think that use power likes (fuel****) and dm group could help me?

Did you hit or reach at least one time the list of top posts of one of your used hahstags ? I have one personal account cat niche with 8-10% engagement and each few days sometimes weeks i can see one of my posts in top posts on some hahstags that i use, i post on it each 3 days, i believe constant posting,good contenta and few specific tags from your niche is the key to reach top posts or explore page.

Ah yes so it's not a fact of engagement mhh
Yes one or two times but with # with not really knowing
Maybe because travel is too saturated
