Amazon Web Service Ec2 25 Port

From last Friday i submit request to unblock 25 Port Ec2 but aws not understand why refusing request and not unblocking it. Any expert has any idea what is issue with 25 Port ec2 why not unblocking it.

I try to reached on Support and talk with them on Chat but not get any information. Because my accounts are Basic Plan.

Please Expert your suggestion and advise will be respectable.

I have been working with aws account for more than two years from now. Actually, the reason you specified is very common way to get the request rejected. After using aws so long I traced some of their support activities how they reject and when they don't reject.

As you got declined once so there are more chances you won't be accepted for other services as well and as much you raise the case they won't accept.

I will say create a fresh account with completely different credentials and get the ec2 limit increased to 20. After launching 2-3 instances for demo just raise a case and use the case description which only slightly explains you case. Don't go into too much detail. Hope they will accept. If still having trouble buy account from marketplace they can get your desired service activated.

AWS required now Billing history for one month then they would approved the request ... i have received email from aws after submit request again.

Read this:

This account, or those linked to it, have been identified as having at least one of the following:

* A history of violations of the AWS Acceptable Use Policy.
* A history of being not consistently in good standing with billing.
* Not provided a valid/clear use case to warrant sending of mail from EC2.

Just like all cloud providers, they are afraid of abusers who spin up a VM or EC2 and blast spam emails. Opening of port 25 is subjective. Just to relate my experience, I have an Azure account for a big client and they had no problems opening it. On the other hand I have personal Free Tier one and they won't open it. Why do you need 25? For me I just relayed it out to an external mail host to send mails (not spam blast) which is not on port 25.
