I am in trouble to send mass emails

As title, i want to do mass emails,but it's really hard,
i tried several months
I can collect million emails from seach engine and instagram,linkedin
about millions emails,
But it's really hard to send them out.
I have tried gsuite,which failed after i spam 2000 emails
I have tried aws ses,which they shutdown my account
I have tried configure postfix,but difficult to config spf and dkim,ip rotation,i will try again in next days
I have tried mass gmails,but all of the emails even can't send out
