Hi everyone,

Recently (3 weeks ago) I sold account to client, he suggested Socialswapped agency (really unknown) but it was more money that I would usually get so I agreed. He sent them money and I gave account, they were polite and they delivered account to him but I didn't get my money.

I received it as balance on their site but I can't withdraw it. I sent them everything, including my ID and they said they will and send it ,they stopped answering emails and then said I need to pay listing fee 5% out of $3700 and they ask $80 lol. With Bitcoin. They won't reduce my balance they require me to pay but I don't trust them.

Can someone give advice how to get to the money? I am willing to give part of it if I manage to get it! :)

I'm sorry to hear that this happened. I would recommend continuing to contact and call them. Have you looked through their terms of service regarding how quickly they will release the funds after account is handed off? Perhaps you could highlight that they aren't following the terms stated on their website?

Have you talked to the buyer? Perhaps he could also reach out to them?

If they're wanting the listing fee tell them that you will pay after they release all the funds. Or have them release half the funds and then you will pay?

If it's really unknown, then you were probably scammed.
I can't even find their website, all I see in google are social media pages.

They claim to hold money in escrow on escrow.com. If that's true, contacting them might be a good starting point. However, I looked at their terms, and they make zero sense. And there is zero contact information for a page that is primarily financial. Just a quick Google search shows a few others in the same boat as you. A whois search for the domain shows it was created on 3/8/2019. A separate company, SocialSwap closed up in 2018 as well. For all intents and purposes, I think you were scammed.

They reply to emails like every third day... The buyers says he can't make charge back because the bank called when he did transaction and ask if that was him (because of large transaction) and he told them he received the goods.

Looks like you got scammed. Try contacting instagram and tell them that your account got hacked or something. I have heard people getting back their accounts like this (Most probably, I read it in BHW only). Oh and not to mention.. don't even pay a penny to them.

you just got scammed it seems. Your buyer might be the owner of that website.
Better to try contacting them again.

I gave original email to this buyer and now I can't reach them, I already hacked original email and then the buyer was treating me to sue me, sent me link which he claimed was proof of a payment but it was IP tracker and then somehow also got my name...

Did you use real name when you signed up for instagram and the email? You can still get it back if you submit proper identity verification documents.
Also, this is a good lesson for those who don't do their due diligence before selling/buying online. Only go with the known and trusted escrow services from next time, no matter what the fees are.

check this link out if you already haven't.
