How to make picture unique(especially for google image search)?

Hello,
I am using a non copyright picture on my website. The picture shows a person and my visitors should believe that this is me. I am doing this to build more trust with the audience. How can I make this picture unique especially when someone adds this picture to the google image search. At the moment about 50 other websites show up that also used this picture which obviously shows that it is not me in the picture.

PS: I have already used a hash changer

When you flip horizontally an image is like a unique content right? Is it untraceable for google reverse search results?
I am asking because I need to use some photos in my website which aren't copyrighted...

If you don’t want to have your pictures on the internet but you still want to have a unique image, you can pay a model and have their picture taken by a professional/amateur photographer.

Actually I am talking about travel images from famous sightseeings. Will those be traceable after removing exif data and mirroring the image?

As well there is several software you can use.
If you want to do it more seriously, get adobe bridge, and change all the meta data the image has.
Invent the new date everything of the image when it was taken etc.

Then add a small filter with colour.
