Best Social Listening Software

Hi guys,

Looking to switch out our social listening software and thought it best to ask for recommendations.

Ideally looking for:

- Accuracy (important)
- Sentiment Analysis
- Breadth of monitoring (ie: "web" and social) .. anything using ML/DL for radio/TV/offline would be interesting.
- In-built tools for crisis monitoring/management/ORM would be handy
- Ability to white label - (on to a subdomain of our own would be ideal - but from research i feel this is unlikely).
-APIs etc

From what i've seen there will be a compromise here - but would appreciate recommendations from these forums.

I got a lifetime account for Awario Enterprise and love it - not sure I'd be paying the retail price of $299/mo for the amount of monitoring it provides + Whitelabel reports (no custom domain, unfortunately), etc. But they do have lower priced plans that may be useful (based on your needs and budget), as they should meet a fair number of your needs. Worth a look.

BuzzBundle is a cheaper desktop based tool that does similar (same team, I believe - Link Assistant), if you could get away with a non-web-based version for your needs.

Thank you - I'm currently running their free trial - impressed so far. Also digging into Mention ..but, alas, no 'try-before-you-buy' with them. Will check out those others

Has anyone come across a platform that can handle 'offline stuff' as well?

I'm aware of one that essentially uses machine learning to 'read/listen' and assigns sentiment to podcasts/video/tv and articles etc - but is really expensive and doesn't handle social (strangely). Any others out there (perhaps newcomers) that might do this?

Also: anyone used or has feedback on Mention and/or Brand Watch?
