If you're talking about Google, no, it won't. Traffic doesn't affect your Google ranking. Anyone telling you otherwise is lying.

You can, but this is something you'd need to do on your own. The cheapest way would simply be using one of the datacenter IP lists off github. Block all IPs from it and block any unknown user agents. But this isn't something we do on our end, sorry. Most software that does this, like Improvely, ends up costing 50x the amount you're paying for the traffic :/
