I think the guide and the success you have returned is amazing. With that in mind I attempted to build a similar setup. That was my yearly projection, an overestimate yearly cost, based from of your listed monthly expenses.

Domain and hosting costs are generally fixed costs monthly and yearly. $15 + $720
If there is a WordAI turing group buy that is not a monthly subscription then I missed it.
Other purchases may be one time, or free with parasites, and web 2.0.

Any tld doesn't matter imo. It's your domain registrar that matters. Most people usually go with .to .ag .ru and you can do the same thing too.

Pop up, CPA, video ads, banners. Banner over the player would work too but I think you need to custom code it.

Do not use any google products no matter what.

If you're worried about payments, go with BTC. In my case I have no problems using any payment processors. DMCA has nothing to do with the networks that paid you.

You said did not upload/host the stuffs and linked from hoster sites. How did you managed to get those stuffs that uploaded by someone else?
