Where can I hire influencer for free?

Hello,
I would like to know where I can hire Instagram, YouTube or Twitter Influencers but I am looking for websites.

The websites must offer the following

I must be able to search through the influcners for free
I must be able to message them on the platform for free.
I must be able to pay them through the platform (i don't mind being charged fees when I pay them)

I don't want a platform with a monthly fee.

Currently I don't know about a free service, however there is a cheaper solution. Some people usually creating their own lists of influencers and than sell it on marketplaces like fiverr / seoclerk. and Some people even do the research for you. So if you have no time to handle with the research you can simply hire someone in fiverr for around 5-15$ depends how many influenceres you need

What size of influencer or niche?
Have you tried Facebook groups for influencers.
Lots of them packed full of different influencers.

Good thread, but if such lists will be exists ever I will pay that small fee without any notice here really. It's a really good tool, also take it as advice, you may not pay them in cash but rather make some gifts of your target products and they may be will be more than happy to review them
