Yeah you should really change this to just making sure the BHW account isn't new. Post count doesn't mean anything. My agency's SMM budget is probably in the top 3% of members for the panels we currently use.

I no longer deposit before review. Have funds sitting on several panels we never used past the first day because they have issues.
