If you buy the dongle from a mobile phone carrier, it will come with an application, where you can connect/disconnect, which gives you a new ip address.

That’s interesting but no idea

Do you mean dongle as usb?
And if I buy it from the internet? It can’t work like that?

I think its a mobile?

When we plug and unplug, the ip address rotates? (As flight mode)

Yes it does. If you have a little bit of knowledge with linux you can use scripts to restart the dongle ( since this dongle comes with an api )

Yes, i meant usb stick. I bought all my sticks from mobile phone carriers directly, those all had the carrier's software bundled. I guess you can ask the seller.

That is correct.

If you want to automate the process.. ( restart after every 1 hour maybe?

There is a really good thread on this here: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/s...tating-proxy-with-your-android-phone.1100963/

Basically you get a dedicated mobile phone, tether to it, then use Tasker on the phone to reset the phone every 10 minutes or go. This will give you a refreshed IP address every time.

Rooting a phone is really not hard. You can get a new MotoE4 for like $80, plus an unlimited data plan. Motorola makes it easy (truly) to get root access to your phone and there are YouTube tutorials and how-to guides and forums based around it. This is not that big of a barrier to get past.

Wait do you mean international unlimited data? (Roaming for no fees!!?)
& how much per month (since 80$ is the price?of the device)

I was referring to a Verizon Unlimited Data plan in the USA. The price per month will vary, but I think you can get it for as little as $50 / mo.

How many IPs do you need? because if you need several IPs at the same time, you will have to connect multiple dongles at the same time.
