I think its a mobile?I know people using MotoE4 and doing well with it.
When we plug and unplug, the ip address rotates? (As flight mode)Huawei e3372 best suites for this purpose.
If you buy the dongle from a mobile phone carrier, it will come with an application, where you can connect/disconnect, which gives you a new ip address. In usb..what can we do to rotate the sim card so we can get new ip?
That’s interesting but no ideafollowing. how do you deal to use multiple modems in same pc ? any suggestions ?
Do you mean dongle as usb?If you buy the dongle from a mobile phone carrier, it will come with an application, where you can connect/disconnect, which gives you a new ip address.

Yes, i meant usb stick. I bought all my sticks from mobile phone carriers directly, those all had the carrier's software bundled. I guess you can ask the seller.Do you mean dongle as usb?
And if I buy it from the internet? It can’t work like that?
You can get the modem even if its not only data?Yes, i meant usb stick. I bought all my sticks from mobile phone carriers directly, those all had the carrier's software bundled. I guess you can ask the seller.
if it does, then why I need to know linux?Yes it does. If you have a little bit of knowledge with linux you can use scripts to restart the dongle ( since this dongle comes with an api )
If you want to automate the process.. ( restart after every 1 hour maybe? You can get the modem even if its not only data?

Its available only for rooted deviceThat is correct.
There is a really good thread on this here: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/setup-your-own-mobile-3g-4g-rotating-proxy-with-your-android-phone.1100963/
Basically you get a dedicated mobile phone, tether to it, then use Tasker on the phone to reset the phone every 10 minutes or go. This will give you a refreshed IP address every time.
Its available only for rooted device.
Wait do you mean international unlimited data? (Roaming for no fees!!?)Rooting a phone is really not hard. You can get a new MotoE4 for like $80, plus an unlimited data plan. Motorola makes it easy (truly) to get root access to your phone and there are YouTube tutorials and how-to guides and forums based around it. This is not that big of a barrier to get past.

& how much per month (since 80$ is the price?of the device)
Do you mean your USB recognised as cellular in windows 10?so everyone says @build your own proxy network”.
Read about 4g modem which its a usb..
Well in cellular, we can flight mode.
In usb..what can we do to rotate the sim card so we can get new ip?
I know its stupid question..
Let's say a bit like that..I am not that expert.Do you mean your USB recognised as cellular in windows 10?
Well I think one is enough for nowHow many IPs do you need? because if you need several IPs at the same time, you will have to connect multiple dongles at the same time.
