Search by city name and by the # of people in the groups.
You can also add in other search parameters to narrow it down to the kind of group (buy sell/freebies/jobs/etc).

I'm sure it is. I don't use that tool but am extremely familiar with it and I know for sure it will find you the groups you want.
I've found thousands of targeted groups using that.

Not knowing the reason for your wish to find an active group of Americans, I can't imagine your having any problems, unless:
1. you think FB is a good site to meet people socially
2. your profile is suspiciously “lite”
3. you don't come up with any interest around which to have a conversation.
Facebook can be as good as the people posting and some really good people like to use that medium. Beware of trolls (you never really know who someone is) and people using FB to launch scams.

Ok i see they have trial i will try them to get active groups in my niche
I need them to promote my cpa offers. I used other country groups. But i guess usa groups has more potential.
