Here is my review:
TAT: Took more than 2 weeks (i guess he has some personal issues, but promise to provide future order on time)
Quality: Good (Provided nice Tire 1 properties with unique articles)
Tire 2: Missing in the report (Promised to provide with 3 days)
Support: Good
Overall the service is good compared to the price what he is charging, going to order more lets see when i get my rest of the reports.

I received the report in less than 2 weeks (including business days) and what I like most is the Web2.0 as it is nicely designed with multiple pages including an "about us" and "contact us" page.
The content is good and unique, and the rest of the Tier 1 links are fairly standard quality and met my expectations.
What could be improved: The images used in the video creation are very low resolution so it is quite pixelated. Social signals are from Plurk, Flickr and Pinterest. I would like to see Facebook and Twitter included as they hold more weight for ranking.
