At first, I thought this is some random guru type of guide which in the end fail to give the real value.
My favorite section is getting clients to work with, Though I already have clients I manage their projects but going through the guide expand my view to other areas of getting prospects to work with.

This is a great guide for anyone looking at starting their agency soon and looking for structured information.
