How do you deal with the pain of your dog's death? My Labrador is 3 years old & I am 21. I just wish I won't have to see him die. I don't even know if I can bear the pain. Sometimes I think it will be better if I die before him

when you hold your best friend in yours arms when he/she is
pts. then you will no, even if i kicked your face in and broke your
nose, the pain of a loved aanimal dying in your arms doesnt
even come close, it will break you in 2.
i cried like a baby as i held my other dog as she went.
i was literally chocking for air. just have to remember
all the good times

You know what makes us human so advanced but miserable at the same time? It's the memories that sticks with us the whole time.
You, overcame your sadness, losses and started a new journey. Not many of us can do that. I definitely would have been depressed for few month if I were at your place. That's the reason I won't keep any pets. Because I know that the chances of seen them go while I'm still alive are very high.

Yes it is hurting a lot, my 15 and 16 yo beloved dogs passed away in natural way and it was breaking my heart 10 times, was together 24/7/365 X 15 and 16 times. I was trained to pain. It makes me stronger when i have to deal with my other personal life troubles and problems, years after they’re gone. Life is tough. They make me strong.
And just like you, now i’m taking care for another new, give more love especially for the abandoned, i wish you have the best time with your new bestie. Laugh and cry, live the life in fulfillness. God bless you, @proxygo.
