Hi, when you get a link from Brand New PBN sites, will it work? we got someone offering this to us
with very good price - they have only 2 - 3 OBL each page/domain

but after 3 months we do not see this link showing in GWT, does it mean the PBN site is a bust? but this PBN's have index & cache in G and I did check from Copyscape and showing no indication there is duplicate content

Can anyone give advice on this?

GWT doesn't show every link as a rule, it is a sample selection, so there's a chance it is being counted even if you can't see it.

Does it worth it to get a link from Fresh/brand new PBN site or those sites need to settle for some time before it can have some effect?

It is worth to get. Once the PBN unit is outside sand-box you will get juice. With a little delay.

As far as GMT report... it never shows everything.

If the link is indexed and even visible in cached version of the page, it counts.

Was the PBN site built on a non dropped auction domain or a fully dropped expired domain? The results will be different.

Will you get PBN link that has an index but no cache? does it still give a juice?

The domain is fully dropped expired domains I assume since I see the domain is newly registered so I assume its fully dropped expired domains.
