Hey guys what are some local seo tools you guys are currently using to get clients?

I found a couple that find businesses on google that are not claimed however you need to manually email them and contact them. Anyone using anything that can streamline the process?

Thanks for the mention man. Unfortunately my tool is also a manual process of emailing the websites in the database. I've not seen a fully automated one for unclaimed listings.
