As for other network that rejected you for not having traffic, I think you should just buy low quality popup traffic to raise your alexa rank and then they will think you have traffic I dont think a few hundred clicks from fb is going to change any network stance about your site.

UPDATE!!!

Well, after several tries, Adsense doesn't get me accepted. So, what I'm going to do is buy several adsense accounts in about 2 weeks and I will set everything up.

I'm going to do blackhat with adsense, so I don't want to waste so much time trying to get 1 account approved. Better buy accounts and get shit done.

I'll probably do around $500-$1k per adsense account to not get them banned, so overall I will profit around $200-$800 per adsense account which is great.

I obv won't get them verified through codes, but through uploading dox and get them approved.

I have other networks interested as well, but so far I've only gotten rejected due to the low traffic.

The plan:

In 2 weeks when I get paid, I will:

> Buy 5 adsense accounts set them up and do $500-$1k per adsenseaccount
> Buy dox for them
> Buy traffic from fb to my site to get them approved at the networks where I got rejected.

From there, build the site and sell it for $100k or so by Sept 2019. For that to happen I think I have to get the site to make around $5k in profit monthly, which will be easily done once traffic comes in and I get approved on networks

I have to get things done, so stay tuned!

I mean you have problems getting approved into Adsense and you have been rejected from multiple networks due to traffic.


I think for you to sell that site for 100k once it’s earning 5k a month it will take you at least 36-60 months if not more.Not 6 months like you are claiming.

Well, Ive done this in the past several times, man.

My problem was that I spent the stuff on useless bs.

But yea, a site doing 5k a month that is GROWING, which is key, is prob going for 70k-120k. Thing is that buyers LIKE a business that is growing and not a site that is making x/month and not much "variance".

Like, when prospects see a site stagnant for the last 12 months at say 10k a month, they always ask why the site is not growing, is that the max the site can make?

There are lots of variables when it comes to selling a site. Including, age, earnings potential, growth, and a lot more.

But yea, believe me when I tell you its possible to do this.

It WILL be tough to build and grow a site to then sell it for 7 figures, but its worth it and it takes time.

Usually sites on the market for less than 200k usually sell within 90 days, but it can take more as well.

I got several calls give a few networks as well! Other networks rejected me because of TRAFFIC!! That means my site is cool enough, but it NEEDS traffic!

So, what am I going to do? Get paid traffic?

So, I will start with paid traffic and once I have a good amount of info I will contact @se900se for his services and take this to another level!

I want to take this site to at least $10k monthly before selling. I think I could sell it for around $200k-$300k. After I sell this site, I will build another one which I want to sell for 7 figures or maybe even 8 figures!

I've sold lots of sites this way and I know that the sky is the limit!

For now, I will be focusing on building content, articles, quizzes on this site and as soon as I get paid, I will start the paid traffic

Interesting. When you say target the quiz, I assume you mean if you have a game of thrones quiz you will target people on FB who have an interest in game of thrones and drive them to that quiz?

The traffic:

So, so far, my site has been rejected by the most part due to traffic.

So, what I'm going to do, other than joinning ad networks, is join affiliate networks and start working on content on my site, doing silos and everything else to start getting more organic traffic.

I will do this until I get paid and can start working on paid traffic.

In another hand, my domain sale is still pending with escrow.com. The Buyer said he will pay me within these 2 weeks, so I expect the downpayment to arrive in 2-3 weeks.

Once the payment arrives, I will have the site ready to roll and start working on traffic + conversions.

I decided to work on an industry I'm already familiar with, insurance.

I've made a ton of money there in the past few years and I think it's not smart to change the niche when I already know how the insurance industry works.

I was going to create a health site with quizzes and so on, but I'm really unfamiliar with traffic arbitrage and how everything has to look. Like, I'm really not the kind of guy that is creative in making quizzes for people to complete.

BUT!!!

I will use quizzes as a way to get traffic engaged and keep coming back. This way, I will be able to increase ad impressions which means more clicks and more cpa offers conversions!

Obviously, this is going to be blackhat, as I am going to create ad accounts, break there terms and make bank.

Usually, the stuff that is prohibited converts the best. Stuff like intimidation, shocking videos, fear, and similar stuff, converts the best.

Sure, like your average non-shocking blog converts, but when you add stuff like "this kid's insurance didn't pay him and died, choose the best insurance!", your conversions skyrocketed!

I'm going to cloack these pages and my accounts will get banned, but with the help of @tenebris 's Linken Sphere, creating ad accounts is a walk on the park. (Not sponsored by them, but their browser KICKS ASS!)

So, in the first post I said this would be a thread to reach $10k, but as I already sold a domain for $10k, I will up this goal and get it to $200k.

There are people out there that are skeptics and don't believe that one can build a site then flip it for 6 figures within 6-9 months, and I have done that in the past, several times, but my stupid ass lost the money on stupid crap lol!

To reach $200k, I would need to make the site, turn a profit and then sell it. So, I am aimming for a profit of $50k in the next months and then sell the site for $150k, for a total of $200k.

So, to sell the site for $150k at a 10x or 15x multiplier, it would need to make between $10k and $15k monthly in profit.
