I mean, it's blackhat, but there's no "cheating" in that sense :D

Good luck I´m sure you will reach your goal eventually.
When you say it´s blackhat I think the monetization with adesense is what you mean so you use a "trick" to get a lot of clicks. My question would be: Is that how you want to monetize until you sell the site or just to get a kickstart? What would you tell the buyer? Also about the paid traffic, do you use it only as a kickstart for your site or will this be a major traffic source for the project? Are you using blackhat techniques for paid traffic?

well, im following your thread because I was doing pretty same thing.
I even got accepted by Adsense using existint article spinned by wordAi.
I do not use quiz plugin yet.

So maybe I missed something but traffic does not come by itselt in few days.
I use pluging to post to social media as well.
I have 3-15 traffic per day and $0 adsense in about 4 months.

What I did wrong??
I choose good niche but no income at all.

Do I have to pay xxxx for google ads or something?

Yea, I will monetise the site with adsense and affiliate offers. With adsense, it will be a kickstart, as you said. The major earnings will come from the affiliate links :)

THOUGH! I think if I get this domain sold earlier, I will probably use the funds to start and avoid all the adsense earnings and go hardcore.

The truth. That i was doing adsenseand then changed to affiliate links.

Getting paidtraffic will be the fuel of this project. Once I start with paid traffic, this site will take off and be ready to be sold down the line. I found that I could get around 10x to 15x monthly profit if the site was around 10 months old, so I really believe I could sell it for anything between $50k and $150k.

Yea, man You NEED to ge traffic one way or another. I mean, if you don't people at your place, how do you expect to sell?!

My plan?

1. Build lots of content regarding my niche in a siloed way for rankings and for User experience.
2. Once I get paid, I'll buy traffic and do blackhat method to enhance the conversions ;)
4. Get the site to enough monthly profit and then sell the site
 
when you start from scratch, how do you choose kws to rank with?

I go for really long tail keywords and naturally the site starts ranking for shorter keywords due to the relevance of the niche in the site.

For example, right now, I just checked that the site is ranking in 3rd page for a 3 words keyword with 0 links.

Technically, content IS king. It's just that people don't know how to create said content ;)
 
whats about search per month with these log tail keyword?
 
Thanks for your answer. Are you planning to remove all blackhat methods before you sell, tell the buyer you are using blackhat methods or just sell it and don´t disclose it?
Should you remove everything blackhat related do you think you will be able to maintain the income? Especially considering you quit using a cloaker you would have to revamp all paid traffic campaigns.

Well, by blackhat Im referring to shocking content. Like i woukd use the cloacker to show ad networks a whitehat boring lp but show the audience shocking content to increase conversions.

I will tell the buyer that the landing page increases conversions that its the best way to promote the offers

UPDATE!!!

So finally, the domain buyer made the initial payment to escrow.com and I'm happily waiting for it to process and continue grinding!!! :D:D:D

In the meanwhile, a few days ago I got a payment of a debt for around $500 and since now I've made around $300 USD while playing poker :)

Also, I joined a private affiliate network where they have these very high and juicy offers paying $120 per sale!! Which means, I get a $120 commission per sale made and I'm ready to roll!!!

I will wait for this escrow.com payment to reach escrow.com, then i send the domain and then I get the funds released to my bank account. In the meanwhile, I will continue playing poker and keep making it profitable to gather a budget to get started with the ads! :)

I will prob wait 5-10 days, which I think it's the timeframe for the escrow.com transaction get completed and then I will start the ad campaigns :)
