A friend of mine once bought an adsense account. They sent tons of traffic from traffic exchange program after they applied. So maybe that's a factor too.
That could be another reason as well

I'll be keenly watching this thread. I was aware about domain flipping and did it many times. Never did site flipping. Your post giving me idea. May be I use my unsold domains to create some sites and monetize them with Adsense and other sources. I don't have adsense account and it seems buying one from a reputable seller is easier option. Nothing beat adsense. I liked your crystal clear blueprint. Full of 2in-win situation. You earn money monthly and then flip it for profit.

I got several calls give a few networks as well! Other networks rejected me because of TRAFFIC!! That means my site is cool enough, but it NEEDS traffic!
So, what am I going to do? Get paid traffic?

Well, it's in installments, but it's a sale!!

So, I will start with paid traffic and once I have a good amount of info I will contact @se900se for his services and take this to another level!
I want to take this site to at least $10k monthly before selling. I think I could sell it for around $200k-$300k. After I sell this site, I will build another one which I want to sell for 7 figures or maybe even 8 figures!
I've sold lots of sites this way and I know that the sky is the limit!
For now, I will be focusing on building content, articles, quizzes on this site and as soon as I get paid, I will start the paid traffic

There are tons of networks out there, though i will test from pop ups to fb traffic
I dont think that will be the problem. The problem will be how to make it and KEEP it profitable
Its all about landing pages, testing and rinse and repeat until you find something profitable

Well, its about building profitable sites and then selling them for a monthly profit multiplier usually between 12x and 36x monthly profit.

Yup man.
All my sites have been using wordpress, and I'm dead sure if it looks better, I believe you could scarapea few more monthly multipliers

If you are just doing AdSense stuff, use Ghost. It's like a Lamborghini compared to WordPress.

Well, after several tries, Adsense doesn't get me accepted. So, what I'm going to do is buy several adsense accounts in about 2 weeks and I will set everything up.
I'm going to do blackhat with adsense, so I don't want to waste so much time trying to get 1 account approved. Better buy accounts and get shit done.
I'll probably do around $500-$1k per adsense account to not get them banned, so overall I will profit around $200-$800 per adsense account which is great.
I obv won't get them verified through codes, but through uploading dox and get them approved.
I have other networks interested as well, but so far I've only gotten rejected due to the low traffic.
The plan:
In 2 weeks when I get paid, I will:
> Buy 5 adsense accounts set them up and do $500-$1k per adsenseaccount
> Buy dox for them
> Buy traffic from fb to my site to get them approved at the networks where I got rejected.
From there, build the site and sell it for $100k or so by Sept 2019. For that to happen I think I have to get the site to make around $5k in profit monthly, which will be easily done once traffic comes in and I get approved on networks

Where do you buy your traffic?
I will do blackhat adsens, so it doesnt matter if I dont have traffic yet as I can always buy traffic, but I need the adsense accounts.
