Hi all,

So I have made quite a bit of money on eBay now but I haven't withdrawed or used any of it yet.

I wanted to ask what is the consensus on withdrawing money from PayPal so that you don't get banned? Is it best to withdraw in small increments (e.g. $50 a month)? What is the best way to withdraw money?

I do run stealth accounts but my main account is still intact.

Thank you

I have only sold a few, real products, not dropshipping, and my money went straight to my paypal account, without even withdrawing. One product was a "Fiat 600 Zastava 750 Engine" fully restored, and was sold for over $1500. They never asked anything, except to raise my price limit. Everything was smooth and easy, so I don't think you will have any problems. Again, I wasn't dropshipping, I was selling a real product which was shipped to Germany.

Thank you for the info. Me too, I am not dropshipping but I just wanted to make sure because I have heard PayPal can limit people's accounts for silly reasons sometimes. Thankfully I have a real job (although I don't know for how long because I want to get into eBay full time) so I don't need to withdraw heaps of money from my PayPal account anyway.

If you are doing a legit selling, why using stealth paypal account? why dont you just use your paypal own paypal account and age it. Just saying.

Maybe because my 'legit selling' is limited to 10 items per month. Thanks for trying to play detective and be smart. Besides, what does this have to do with the question? Either contribute to the thread or move on. The reasons for stealth accounts have been explained numerous times on this forum by legit sellers. If you don't understand it or don't like it then again, move on.

Also, I've been using my personal ebay account for ages and have almost 400 positive feedbacks as a buyer... I'm really thinking about getting into selling more, but with real inventory. For now, I'm only selling vintage car parts (we have tons of parts for the old VW T1 Van), old engines, old motorcycles (we have an old Hoffmann MR175-2 bike from 1952 and a few Solex bikes) etc. I'm not sure if I want to risk my account selling Chinese stuff from ali or dh... :)

There is some great information on this forum to help getting you started. Have a look around.
