How much do you weigh ?

Despite what they tell you I would start with diet if I was in your shoes. Zero-carb is by far the best diet, don't trust the Soy and vegan bs. I've tried it all, I have friends that have tried it all and that diet works. After you have been on the diet for 2+ weeks you will start seeing fat changes.

The gym part takes longer, most fat people do cardio but that's scientifically the worst thing to do to loose fat. Lift weights and when you end your workout do some HIIT which is a form of cardio that actually works.

Follow this and get back to me in 2 months. You will feel and be great

but what about alcohol and

This is the complicated part, you've got so many people telling you all different things, different diet but choosing the right path is hard. I seen these weight watchets things but i am genuinly skeptical, that you can get a beach body from dieting and not exercising.

Zero carb sounds a tough diet.

I had a those calorie counter watches and It got me motivated for 1-2 months at most.

Zero-carb is not that hard, I eat a lot of meat and I love it! Keto diet is the soft version of zero-carb and I guess you could start with that.
A common quote among the fitness community is "Abs are made in the kitchen" which is true, your abs are there, they exist if you train them you wont cause that much hypertrophy, you need to get rid of that fat so they show.

Get a gym membership but go with a buddy, use him as an accountability partner. Trust me this will help you dramatically!

Did you start of on the keto diet before switching to zero carb ?

I found it tough, started getting head aches and shit. Maybe you got to get past a couple of weeks.. but I also got bored of eating meat and veggies lol.

Yeah, this was my thinking, I know i am gonna find it tough but i need to shape up!

No pain, no gain and all that jazz.

don’t go full tilt. Just cut out bread.. and eat less snacks or cut out sugary drinks and replace with fruit juice. Do some exercise, walk to work, bike to work.. jog.. anything will show results in two months.

I weigh exactly 72.5kg and I'm 30. I was 4kg less just 3 months ago. Nothing actually changed in my daily routines and eating habits but I'm adding some weight.

Yeah, I drop off zero-carb from time to time because of friends/girlfriends when takeout and parties happen I wanna join the fun

Do you know any reliable online sources for more info ?

Some of them contradict but you need to find what works for you. In the end, what it comes down to is simple math, more calories out than in.
