Be careful, facebook don't really like that. You just need once to fuck up something and they will keep an eye on you all the time, second mistake and you are over with facebook ads for good.

OP will burn money if he tries to target high paying countries. Better to target cheap traffic to learn data collection and optimization. Break-Even on first try is gold.
