xvideos don`t have too strict rules, you can use same domain for approximately 7-10 accounts
as for proxies - u should look for seller, which allow to use his IP`s for pornsites, cause some shops may stop providing you without warning

i would not advise free proxies out there as you will have to upload videos and proxy can have slow speed or disappear in a moment.
Check approved sellers on BHW.

Seems like your going to want FAST proxies since your uploading video content. Make sure you ask any potential provider what their guaranteed speeds are and see if thats acceptable for your video upload needs.
