Every keyword gets sold only once. As soon as it's bought, it gets removed from the website.
I keep a log of all keywords found and sold and check all new keywords against this log to ensure all keywords are fresh and new.

Also want to know, if I buy a keyword then what happened? I mean another buyer can buy the same keyword? Or is there any assurance that a keyword will sell once in a time not repeat to any other.

All keywords are only sold once.
When the product is sold, it disappears from the site, and can't be put into a cart again. Before I post up new keywords I check against my database where I keep track of which keywords have been used before. Duplicates will not be posted up for sale.

My Honest Review
I ordered a keyword with 1900 searches and 17 difficulty score.
I have yet to implement anything as of now.
The seller provided a nice written report.
Some of the contents in the report are:-
1) Why target this keyword in the first place
2) How you could earn with this keyword
3) How to rank for this keyword
4) Recommended domain and hosting
5) What's the recommended WordPress themes and plugins
6) How to write your articles.
I believe you just need time and work hard for 2 weeks to achieve the results for long term.
Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase. Nothing too fancy. A very nice and straightforward service from seller.
