engagement rate, you have to manually look through the users liking the account's post, are they socket accounts? Is the account botted? Fashion niche is a good one. Best way to sell shoutouts is to let people approach you, since than you have all the bargaining power at your disposal or go to fiverr or something.

One way is contact (via mail or DM) ecommerce in your niche and tell them that you offer visibility for their products/shop. Charge them based on your followers/engagement.

If seller dont have it - he may be scammer in future.

But maybe reconsider the idea, and chunk the $5,000 like spend $2,500 for instagram, and $2,500 in another platform which you can earn income. Don't put all your eggs in one basket as the saying goes.
