I am planning to get expired web 2.0 blogs to build backlinks.

I choose them because they are already Indexed, have backlinks and high PA.

What do you think about it? Are they useful nowadays?

It is not even worth it building fresh web 2.0 alone in my opinion unless you are planning to pass some other link juice to them, they don't have any power alone. Good only for link diversification and maybe if the niche is extremely low competition

Why would anyone want to buy Web 2.0 from someone else? Did you buy the account or just the links placement?

Just out of curiousity. From your experience, a keyphrase with 15k monthly search will need about how many expired web2.0 to get to top 5?
