Buying BTC or XRP with PayPal?

I'd like to ask that you know any website or way for buying BTC or any related coins with PayPal?

I've looked many platforms, localbitcoins commission rate is more than 30% mostly.
And could not find so much people on other forums as well

You could transfer paypal funds to bank account, use bank acc to buy them directly on coinbase for almost no fee. Or, you can deposit the funds you transferred from your bank acc into a forex broker that supports crypto withdraw such as hugosway. Then withdraw the money as bitcoin instantly for almost no fees. although it's a long process and technically not paypal

I would do that but in these days payout from PayPal is too risky they can limit the account anytime. So I don't want to take risk and want to transfer it to BTC or any coins instead of payout.
