This is one of my current reads as well. It's really good. Have you done any more research on McNamara? How far are you into the book? Unfortunately, I'm reading the original version, not the "New Confessions."I am currently reading Confession of an Economic Hitman by John Perkins. will recommend to read it. eye opener!
I totally agree with you. Very fresh writingCrime & Punishment definitely gets me feeling very reflective. Dostoevsky has a way of writing that seems modern, yet his writing is 1 century old.
I’m on Chapter 9 Page 52 and i’m reading the original as well but will read the new one as well once i finish it.This is one of my current reads as well. It's really good. I'll go with a selection from the crime genre on this occasion:
- Cocky: The Rise and Fall of Curtis Warren.
- Anything on the American Mafia.
- The Ice Man: Confessions of a Mafia Contract Killer.
- Papillon.

What about McNamara? is he mentioned in the book?
Interesting. I barely read books, and even though some people dislike the brand, I really like Walmart. Must be a good read for the "fans"I loved Made in America by Sam Walton. Such a good read.
Oh Im not a fan, but it's brilliant nontheless. There's a reason every Amazon exec. has to read it.Interesting. I barely read books, and even though some people dislike the brand, I really like Walmart. Must be a good read for the "fans"![]()
