Daily spend limits

When you use Business acc and spent a little,you can chat support, follow link business.facebook.com/form/chat.

Thats not true ( in my case) - I had spendings and pay for costs - but still no chat available, I dont know why? Thats why I asked.

I have the same problem. I've got a few accounts which I already use to run ads, I've also had conversations with these Facebook representatives by using these accounts, but nowadays I can’t use these accounts to contact the Facebook Ad support anymore. So here are my thoughts on this issue:
- Facebook might block this feature if you have already made a request before, but it's still unsolved.
- Facebook detects something wrong with your IP (For example, you log into different devices with the same account)

Newly created FB ad accounts would get $50 daily limits. The limit would be removed about 30 days later..

Need to correct this.. I find some of my aged FB ad accounts also get the $50 daily limit.. So it's nothing about the time. Hope there is someone can share the solution for the problem.

I think the solution is quite simple, you all better keep spending and your threshold should move up apparently. One of my ad accounts just moved to the $25 tier. All I did was creating lots of bills in order to make the ad account more "trusted", and I leave it for awhile to let the ads move up to the current threshold and after that, it will change to the next threshold (which is $25 now).

Agency accounts has more threshold with time; 1 of my account has $10k per month threshold. The more you spend; the larger threshold you get. However, in a new postpaid account $50 is the default until you get charged.

Did the threshold remain $25 for your other ad accounts on BM or did they start with $2 again? How much did you pay to get to $25?

Update: The spending limit seems to have something to do with the permance of the ads. It goes up automatically in some of my ad accounts that perform well. But others remain $50 spending limit still even though they have been charged more bills.

Only trusted advertising accounts with a long history of quality ads get a bigger threshold and those who spend above $100k every month. After a few months, facebook automatically increase your threshold by timely payments.

It's not about threshold, it's about daily spend limit,not the same thing

If you verify a business manager you will have 30 accounts without daily spend limit.

Seems now they have 50$ limit daily for all new accounts.
