There seems to be a delay on several services like Facebook followers and YouTube likes, these are two of the services I tested.
For the Facebook Followers, I haven't received a single follower after 24 hours, plus my order was cancelled without any information for that.
After opening a support ticket I was notified that this is a common mistake? I made an order again, currently 12 hours from the new order and not a single Facebook Follower.
For the YouTube likes, it says maximum 30 minutes to receive them while I only got 4 out of 9 in 5 hours.
Will post a new reply in two days from the time I am posting this with my updated opinion and evidence for everything.
It's good to keep replies like mine in mind so you don't have to experience what other buyers did.

Updating after two days.
I feel that these people actually care about their customers and this is proven by their actions.
I had several live chats and tickets with these people in order to solve an issue I had.
To give you the full picture, I did not receive my facebook followers, that got me a little bit pissed off because I waited for more than 70 hours.
Even if I haven't received these followers yet they took time to figure everything out with me and check what the issue is.
Currently we are waiting to see if the system is able to give the followers or not but even if not, they issue you a refund and they will gladly give your money back on your PayPal too.
I tried Instagram followers, they arrived fast.
I tried YouTube likes, they arrived with some delay but they eventually arrive.
