I have experience with Android and Google Play. Many people are asking me for PM for free help
or how to boost their apps downloads in store.
Sometimes serious companies are coming to me via references but it's very rare because I am not advertising anywhere.

I have knowledge, they want help, so why to not monetize this?

It would be consulting about Google Play and Android thread, service.
Paid $50/h with me via Skype chat.

However, how moderator would review me then ?
I see some services on BHW but for example logo making, not seen such service before.

I also have contacts to big numbers of programmers, ad networks owners, designers, etc.

For example, you are guy with applications in store. No downloads, so then I come to fix it, descriptions, promotional graphics, ASO keywords, code.
It's like SEO service but for applications.

Another example, you need to make promotional strategy for your apps, then I come and making report and strategy.

Situation 3, you want to build monetization flow for your app and don't know how, use my services and methods.

Yes but consulting is not coaching, it's fixing the broken application listing in Google Play. Many developers have apps in store but no downloads, because broken code, description, title, wrong keywords, budget planning and strategy.

There are several active BSTs offering consulting services (though usually not using that exact term), so it seems that these services are allowed in practice.

I got many coaching requests, I respect the BHW community and refused all.

But if someone comes to me to check his app in Play Store and fix the SEO (ASO) or code, then why I should to refuse? However, I need because this takes sometimes hours of manual job and I don't want to do it for free
Check all ASO websites, rankings, read charts, fix description, check keywords densinity, design new promotional images, fix code Google don't like in apps.
So it's mostly like SEO service but not for websites.

Consulting BSTs have to have very specific services offered - if it's vague or just a charge per hour for your knowledge, then it's coaching, which is not allowed.

But if it's specific services listed in the thread, like you've done in your Marketplace Thread, that's fine.
