Helllloo fellas,

Quick question to start with:

Have you noticed that new writing services spring up every second month in the BlackHatWorld marketplace?

I’m not trying to pose it as a bad thing – I'm stating the reality – I personally am thrilled to see such writing services come up.

The fast-growing $192 billion digital marketing industry is producing more and more content, the information on the Internet is enriching, more and more people are taking more and more money home – maaaaannn I love the advancement.

In this write-up, I won’t lie or try to brainwash you that the $1 or $2 (per 100 words) writing services here aren't worth the buck. I won't tell you that spending millions in your content is crucial. On the contrary, I’d vouch for the services on this forum; they're far better compared to the services on Fiverr.

Some budget content providers on BHW gave me nicely written content. Although mostly generic, that doesn't stop them from being decent.

But the thing is: decent isn’t good enough for everybody. Some businesses want to go above and beyond. Then again, it’s doesn’t apply to everyone. You can keep ordering content at $1 per 100 words and keep skyrocketing your business – even in the next 10 years, that’s a great way to go about content marketing.

That being said, some businesses require content that gets 'read' and makes money. They have a very strict word limit because of the short human attention span. These businesses need to make the most out of this small window.

I’m mainly writing this guide for such ^ businesses. If you want to go the extra mile with content, I suggest you give this guide a read.

That said, no worries if you don't have a big content budget. Make use of the methods I'm sharing here and you can get impressive content in a budget.

Also, perhaps @Sherb can teach you a thing or two about vetting quality writers at a budget since he’s been at it for some time.

Coming back. Here we will go over 3 tried-and-true ways to make your content stand out in the content mediocrity and pose you as an authority. These are actionable steps, so don’t just consume, put them to use as well.

Let’s go:

(1) Make Lick-worthy Content From Your Consumer’s Perspective

You have to understand your industry’s consumer psychology, and need to do it incredibly well. Understanding their psychology/content needs would take you plenty of research on your audience.

However, it’s not necessary that you go out and interview people. Chances are, somebody in your industry has already conducted plenty of research, and you’re just a Google search and some reading away from getting your hands on such reports and case studies.

Such research would help you produce content that SELLS. Content that people starve for, content that’d add value to your audience’s life and bring massive changes.

A great way to find which content works for your industry is using the BuzzSumo. And you already know how to do this – just pick a list of the top 20 blogs in your industry and pump them through. And create content on the same topics that received a massive response in the past. This way, you avoid wasting time on content that don’t make much impact and make the most out of your every cent.

Think about it:

If you ONLY produce content that your ideal consumer shares, imagine the avalanche of exposure you’d get to the right people.

And when such exposure takes place, you trigger the snowball effect:

Social media shares get you more traffic. More traffic get you even more social shares. And even more social shares get you even more traffic. And so on.

If you just got the drift, I REQUEST you – double and triple down on your consumers’ content needs. Understand what brings the most value to their life, and create genuinely helpful content around it. It’s only for the better.

2. Ferret Out Writers Who Would Pour Their Hearts Into Your Content

When you’re producing content on a topic you’re not passionate about, it’s going to feel like a grind. While a few writers do a great job of pulling off such projects with flying colors, most writers fail miserably.

I’ve worked with law firm owners, doctors, and digital marketing industry leaders. When producing content for them, I HAD to get my hands dirty. Some contents took days to research and understand. I pretty much had to force myself into being a passionate authority about the topics, although they were sucking the soul out of me.

FAKING IS A HUGE PART OF CONTENT WRITING.

But most writers can't fake it perfectly.

Also, 99% of the writers can't write up to the quality where you can call it written from 'heart', which leads the content to be robotic. And this totally reflects in the content you put out.

I know writers on this forum who can crush it in about every niche, another shoutout to @Sherb. I've written some content for a few of his sites, the contents he uses on his money properties are gems.

Now here's the downside: finding and affording competent writers like @Sherb would be hard for you. However, there's a way around. You can search for writers who are passionate or have practical knowledge and/or feelings on a topic and make them create content for you. For example, if you need content on ‘coma’, try to find someone who has been to coma, or have been around when a close relative was there.

Such experienced writers have the experience and can write content that's so intimate and passionate that it's guaranteed to resonate with your audience. Often, these writers don't know how to find clients, therefore, they work for cheap rates. However, if you work in multiple niches, you will have to keep in touch with lots of writers to cover all your topics.

Now, what if such experienced people are not competent writers?

The answer?

Edit the content, yourself or with an editor. Just don't forget to eliminate the loose ends.

AGAIN, you can also work with writers who can do extreme and frame your content perfectly. Big shoutout to @Sudarshan Kar for his persona-based story content service. We're connected on Facebook and here’s a screenshot of his client vouching for his content he shared recently:

a648z26

And I’m not the only BHW member rooting for him. If you know @WebMinati and have seen his journeys, you'd know how relentless he is when it comes to business, he's always taking actions. In his words, Sudarshan has made him more money than any other service out there.

Now, mentioning a lot of writers on this thread may sound a bit promotional, but it's all about making my point and providing you value.

Ask this question when a writer has agreed to work with you in your budget:

“If I had no specific content demands, and would pay you to write on any topic under the sun, what would it be? We will definitely work together, I just want to know more about your inclinations.”

Most writers would let you know their strong suit. That's how you can find a passionate content writer in the long run. IN A BUDGET.

This method will require you to keep in contact with TONS of writers so you can cover a lot of niches. But the caliber of these pieces would be equivalent of ones the industry leaders would pay $1 and above for each word. Simply put, such passionate writers, coupled with a good editor would give birth to contents that would ‘KARATE CHOP’ your audience into paying attention.

3. Breathe Personality Into Your Content

Tell me how many times you’ve actually gone through the Terms & Agreements before hitting ‘I agree’.

Not a single time in your entire life; simply because they are straight-up boring. And your site’s content is no different.

If your content lacks personality like a robot, it won’t convert so well. AGAIN, I’m not saying that it won’t convert at all, I’m saying that it won’t covert as much. When your content shines with personality, consumers trust your content more which influences them into buying more from you, thereby, the spike in conversions.

Use plenty of humor in your content. Keep things heavily entertaining with a golden nugget of information here and there. This is better than offering humor and nuggets 50-50 becuse when you keep it lighthearted, and offer strong punches every once in a while, people pay you more attention and you become an authority.

How does it make you an authority? You see, humor makes people drop their guards, and you can use such windows establish authority with those golden nuggets of information. Makes sense?

Now It’s Your Turn

Entertain the ideas I just gave you and take action. Don’t just sit around. If you do, then I’ve wasted my time.

Also, how do you go about setting your content apart from the content mediocrity? Do let me know. I created this thread to help the community as well as to bounce off ideas.

Peace.

You earned every bit of it, man. Keep such story-based content coming because, otherwise, we're leaving PLENTY of money on the table.

Also, don't forget to let me know how the client acquisition attempt goes with FB ads. I wish you bathe in a queue line of high-budget clients who understand the SICK quality you're providing and keep ordering from you - day in day out.

FB ads didn't work. Need to find a mentor to guide me throughout a funnel creation process :D

But the good news is that free ways of getting leads is working fine.

Thanks a lot for your good wishes, mate. I really appreciate it <3

Thanks for the writeup. Just wondering when you engage these copywriters, do they automatically optimize the content for SEO or must you pay an additional fee for that?

Hey I am new to SEO but isn't the point to avoid content that the top bloggers in your industry are targeting? Since you have no chance of ranking for the same terms as them? For example, no point going up against a bleepingcomputer.com

Can you provide a link to his sales thread for copywriting? Thanks.

Free leads are working fine for me as well, man. NEVER STOP THE HUSTLE. I wish you shoot up your company's growth by the motherload. Cheers. <3

Awesome dude! Great guide!
Glad that you like them, man. I'm planning on creating more and more guide on my off times.

I haven't worked with any service providers on this marketplace who charge more to optimize for SEO. But you do have to provide the keywords.

While I'm also not good with SEO, avoiding top bloggers with the exact keywords is something to avoid. Don't take them head-on. Find lower competition keywords.

About Sherb's sales page, here's the one he wrote for his writing service: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/c...based-college-educated-business-owner.950558/

Here are more of his writing samples:

1. Sherb's 2019 Journey: Productive and Profitable, A Thread Full of Gold

2. Sherbert Hoover's Ultimate Efficiency Guide: Working at 100% Productivity And Making $$$

3. https://i.gyazo.com/ee95d4b5595e9297ff15f29c9862e50f.png

While most writers (including me) don't edit everything we post on the forum, Sherb doesn't do that. His immediate responses are even fluff-free and on-point and BEAUTIFUL. I'm not sure how he manages to pull this off.

I especially encourage you to check out the Sherb's 2019 Journey: Productive and Profitable, A Thread Full of Gold if you want to see his writing sample. He has written A TON of stuff there.

I hope this helps.
