[Help] Wordpress deleted/lost blog post, can I retrieve it?

Today I realized one of my post has disappeared. It was published the 15th of December and tracing back from some images on Pinterest I can find the url (which is empty now) and the media that was on that post is still up on my page (if you link it back from Pinterest for example).
It doesn't appear as trashed post except on my phone where it says ERROR: UNKNOWN POST when I click recover.
It was published for a few months and I literally have no idea what has happened to it but it was an important post and I would be really grateful if someone had any idea on how can I retrieve it.

If you are taking backup of wordpress then just backup the website. You will get your post back.

The backups that I have are from last week, and apparently it had already disappeared at that time

Do you have phpmyadmin on your server? you could also try the phpmyadmin wordpress plugin.
If yes, select your wordpress database, go to wp_posts table, and search for the title of your missing post. If you can still find there is hope you can repair the post, otherwise it is gone, and you have to rely on finding an archived version somewhere (google cache, archive.org, ..?).

You can get it off your site. It's archived. Find the changelogs. I'm not at a computer now so I can't tell you exactly where to look.

I checked and a version of my main page where an excerpt the post is seen is saved, but not the post itself

Did you check your db table? Your post table might have the post till now.
Your mobile admin is showing the post in trash. So there must be an entry for that in the posts table. Try logging in through phpmyadmin.

The media I uploaded onto the post is there but no posts appear under the title

I even boosted a post in Facebook with the link to the page AGJHAGAFAJGAJGAJG it was probably the most important post in the website, why, why oh world

It is the Wordpress.com app actually that is showing the post in trash, so maybe there's some way to track back the post through wordpress.com and not the self hosted Wordpress? If that makes any sense.

Well, if your blog is not self hosted; my solution does not apply. Not really sure how you can retrieve a deleted post from WordPress.com

Edit.. if you have hosted your blog in your own server, look into the mysql db instead of looking into the trash. Obviously, something is wrong with the post status, that is why it's not showing in your wp admin
