Well you need to make 76 posts to be eligible for JR.VIP (so you have 100 of them). It will be cheaper than marketplace status seller.
Than you'll need to pay $35 or something for opening a topic. Note that your account must be free of infractions and according to my (personal and subjective) experience mods give them more often to jr.vips. For example I had a subscription for a year and got no chance to start a BST for that reason.

Hope one day everyone is free to open a BST but let's be real it won't happen as the website is supported by those payments. Before one could at least contact people who post in hire a freelancer and want to buy sections but now you need a status to sell through PM. Many people including me got their business ruined. Off course the admin is free to set whatever rules cuz it's his website and if someone doesn't like it they could just fuck off and start their own platform, so just saying.

P.S. This post is not discussion of moderator actions but rather a reflection of my own experience which may or may not apply to other members.
