Somebody just reuploaded a video of mine to their channel. The thing is that it's a talking head type of video with me being present in the camera the entire video. The whole channel consists of this type of videos from other established channels. They reupload those videos, change the description and put their own affiliate links.

Now the problem is - they took the video from my "black hat" channel - I bought this channel from somebody else AND I was going hard on buying views, likes, comments and shares from the panels to the videos on this channel.

The question is - should I file a Copyright Infringement complaint? I am afraid that if I do, then Youtube will check out my entire channel and spot all those bought views and comments.

If should not file the complaint, then is there anything I can do about that?

you can report to youtube heres more info https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/6013276?hl=en

Just type a thank you for featuring comment in his channel and upvote it through SMM panel

He can easily shadowban me and I will never know about it.

There will always be idiots stealing other people's shit. I'd suggest you to just ignore it and do your thing.

If you really want it taken down, find other creators theyvet ripped off, and drop them an email:

"Hey, I just found this guy is stealing videos from me and other people, including one of yours"

If enough of them do a copyright claim, the channel will get taken down.

I had someone copy my whole channel (over 400 videos) and basically claim that it all belonged to them, he also copied my name and everything. Just the social media links were different. I reported this to Youtube and his channel got banned, usually Youtube will not check out all of your videos and botted views never led to a ban as far as i know. Youtube simply cannot prove that you are the one that is buying those views so they can't just ban your account for no reason.

If i were you, i would report it.

Guys, the problem is solved. What I did - I just dropped a comment below the video with the channel where he took the video and asked him in a neutral (not nice, nor bad, but neutral) way to take the video down otherwise I will report him to YT and his entire channel will get banned. I just checked my video isn't there anymore and he uploaded a different video for the same keyword. Not sure if somebody else's or his own.

Well done OP! Yes, always good to call them out since it could hurt your business or look like you're guest posting on their site and linking you to them (like a backlink passes authority). I really like @MrGMitchell idea too.
