But getting a link from your niche websites is even more pleasing.

Just talk to any PBN seller most of them have niche specific inventory.

That would really depend on what kind of business you have.
For example, if you sell products, you could try finding relevant blogs to send free products to for reviews and a link back to your site.
Then they end up writing relevant content, and in these cases, you can often convince them to link straight to your product page.

If you have a different type of business, the approach may be different, but I don't know what sort of business you're in.
Worst comes to worst, most bloggers are easily swayed by a few bucks.

How did you check their backlinks profile? There are ways to check for hidden PBN links as well (you will find here on BHW).
