Account Creation With Jarvee?

I'm looking to create child accounts with a 4G/LTE Proxy. Is it safe to use Jarvee's account creator or will that lead to my accounts being flagged and getting banned quickly? If not Jarvee, then I was most likely going to try iGramTool - unless someone has a better recommendation. Could someone with some experience creating child accounts please chime in?

I created about 30 accounts about a month ago and all are still going well
