I don't believe in watching anime, web series or eating junk but rewarding oneself at the end of the day is important, because I feel it helps in not burning oneself up and planning up for tomorrow, I like to know a healthy way of rewarding oneself, what your habit ?

I don't believe in watching anime, web series or eating junk but rewarding oneself at the end of the day is important, because I feel it helps in not burning oneself up and planning up for tomorrow, I like to know a healthy way of rewarding oneself, what your habit ?

I don't need rewards to propel myself forward. The simple act of checking something off my to-do list is enough for me to press on. Positive reinforcement and reward-based pats on the back I save for my dogs. They actually learn from it. For people, it's just a crutch.
