I have looked into the Ticket and I saw that it was not unanswered - my colleagues stated the resources for each plan so that you would be able to see which plan best fits your needs. In addition to this I have asked them to thoroughly investigate and provide you with a more detailed answer - also, if needed, to change the server location according to your audience.

No, we do not have a maximum number of files limit - you can upload as many as you like, as per the plan's specs. Please do take in consideration that too many files will affect the loading time of your website, if not properly optimized.

@thcservers Isn't there a warning or something if there is a phishing content or anything or you just go straight to the suspending. As they told me the phishing content was found in main domain, and i just installed a theme on it when i bought Host, there is still the theme's demo content and that's not phishing, i just din't had time to change it as i started to work in other projects.

Your forms are sort of lying. On the landing page of the wordpress hosting plans. Basic is saying $3/month and on the main portal for buying it, it now takes to $5.6, so is the delux which is $6 on landing page and on the portal for order it changes to $8.

Landing page total for a year on basic should be $45+ but on the portal is now $60+. For the delux plan, same thing, is $86+ instead of $72+.

Also, when someone clicks the wordpress hosting, the portal now changes it to shared hosting. Even if you select wordpress hosting, still it redirects to shared hosting.

Please, you guys should not misslead people via prices, it pushes customers away. That was the same thing I complained of when I bought the geek plan, your tech team adjusted it and I upgraded to nerd plan.
