Instagram signon page looping and can’t access through

After a few days since I verified my account with a new phone number when I was travelling overseas, I can’t access to my IG anymore on both desktop and mobile. There’s NO error message whatsoever but just keep looping back to signon page. It doesn’t ask for verification code also. I can tell it accepts my password because if I used a different device. Suspicious activity email will still send to my main registered email account.

I am running out of methods, reset pw, contacted support, uninstalled app, let it rest for 48H, incognito browser.

Please suggest if there’s any other way I can try to bring back my account.

Were you having the same logon looping page problem? Or you had error before? I don’t even have a message that I can troubleshoot.

no message, ur just taken to login page again, its fine, just needs a few days rest

I have my friends to test liking and commenting that account and it works, does it mean it’s active?

It's active. Uninstall the IG and delete it, logout from gmail account, wait 24-48h, install the IG ap again and try again to login!

Thanks very much! I did let it rest for 48h but now it triggers sorry there was a problem with my request. So far it’s been a week I can’t sign on for no reason.

I have checked my account with both my Facebook ad support team ( I have FB business manager linked) and try to send a report to dispute deactivated account on Instagram . Both confirmed my account is active. It’s just mystery why I couldn’t sign in still.

Exactly as @MR.Spuf said, your device can be banned. Factory reset will help you with that one

Yes I have tried with my Mac book, same error. I think it probably blocked my entire account signed on in different country. (however the facebook ad support told me my account is active).

Just an update I received a general reply from Jesse on Instagram he couldn’t do anything with my sign on. I also ping Instagram for Business and again all I get is a generic reply to contact help centre. Sadly I think I have to shut down my business because of this issue. It’s really sad that I tried all methods and have to end it this way. Just want to post here to share my experience in case someone is having similar situation.
