SMM - How to appeal PP chargeback?

So the situation is:

1) In January a guy bought services from my panel totaling $1,280 over 6 transactions
2) The other day he did a chargeback for all (item not received)
3) I responded to each chargeback
4) 5 of the chargebacks were refunded by PP, and 1 of them was changed to (item not as described)
5) I replied to the one that was changed, and PP sided with me and didn't refund him on that one (the smallest one, about $150)

Now, the 5 chargebacks that were refunded, I have the option to appeal them. I want to appeal them.

What do I provide PP? How to approach this? I have a long Skype convo with he guy, I have links, start counts, panel stuff.

How do I approach this?

p.s my PP got permanently suspended almost immediately after the guy did the chargebacks, so I'm not worried about the PP account, that's already lost. I'll just put up one last effort to keep that money, or at least some of it

Thats why I take the hit on Fiverr and do my SMM on there.
If I was you I would start banging some down votes on what ever platform he used or get a spam bot knocked up and give him shit till he pays you.. other than that I dont know.

But it won't hurt to try. Who knows, maybe they check the other guy's Paypal and see he's done this many times, comparing to my Paypal account's 4 year history without a single chargeback, without a single problem, fully verified. I mean, it's $1,130 no the line, and I'm itching to try appealing. I just don't know what to send them...?

The only thing I can do is contact all those Facebook page owners that he bought likes for (his clients) and try to get some of them to buy from me, or at least get them to stop buying from that guy. That way he'll lose something too. Other than that I can't really get to him as I don't know his site or anything. He's a reseller.

Mmm, man, but fiverr cuts you at 20%, and it cuts the customer also with a processing fee. I mean, it's just too much of a loss. That said, I also sell on Fiverr, but I never drive traffic to Fiverr or have people pay me through Fiverr.

People would just send money to my PP email. That was it. Nothing in the note, no invoice. Just sending money to email.

Yeah, Paypal is great until it's not.

I called them when they suspended my original account in January. I was told that another department handles suspensions, there's nothing they can do. I was told I can't know why I was suspended, and I can't appeal it, and my money is locked for 180 days, and to go fuck myself.

Paypal sucks, it's not great.

How can you be honest if you sell SMM Services? I'm from Germany too but I would never say to paypal that I sell SMM services. Do you have to provide any proofs of what product/service you sell?

Next time you have a similar challenge, get someone who can create custom tracking numbers for your services/products, then add them to the orders. It will help you win chargebacks at least 90% of the time.

pp can be challenged just fight .

thing us all smm are illegal and break all website rules/tos so paypal hate them badly .

i personaly would show all the stats from when these oreders where made and hope for the best .....

be really carefull here ,paypal has a shit load of legal teams , they can get funny and report you for your smm services to websites your breaking there toc / rules , might stir issues just a warning , if the account, not real details who care but if all real be carefull, just saying think hard is it worth it.

i think ppl use escow only for this type of service ..... not 100% sure ...

2) explain the situation
3) say they paid you all these times , then disputed every single payment. Why would they keep paying into a scam? This user is abusing the dispute system
4) answer their questions
5) they'll close disputes
6) do not taunt abusive user, forget about it & Pat the dust off your shoulders.
