[Method] Get your disabled Instagram account back

HEY GUYS BIG QUESTION WHEN FILLING OUT THE FORM FOR THE PHOTO ATTACH NAME SHOULD YOU LUT THE NAME THAT WAS ON THE PAGE OR YOUR REAL EXACT NAME CAUSE IT WAS MY MEME ACCOUNT THAT WAS DISABLED AND I JUST HAD FOR THE NAME FUNNY MEMES INSTEAD OF MY REAL NAME

Im having the same issue with my account for over 3 weeks now. Ive sent in the email with the pic and code and ive also reported it as hacked. they stopped emailing me back on the hacked attempt and they keep saying my account is disabled for violating the tos.

has anyone had success in getting their account by continuing to submit ? can someone point me in the right direction?
 
I got my account disabled every night, send an email in the morning, the reactivate my acc by midday and then they disable my acc again in the night. I repeated this process like 10 times, I always get my account reactivated and then disabled again after few hours.

I tried:

- not logging into the account
- changing the device
- changing username

is there any action I can do to change the "account ID" or something? any other suggestion?

Yes I got disabled on May 7th and I kept appealing but kept denied saying I didn't follow the guidelines and such and such so I just kept appealing sending emails over and over and I woke up this morning with my page reactivated

Was it disabled coz of copyright issue?

You should only have to claim it was hacked if this doesn't work.

They keep rejecting my appeals and hand-written notes. How to claim it was hacked in 2019? I click on the link but it doesn't work.
 
This method no longer works. They changed the way they handle disabled accounts. I had two accounts disabled since I posted this for reasons unknown to me and sending in a sign pic with a code went nowhere (just received an automated response) and reporting it hacked no longer is working either. It's a lot hard to recover accounts now IMO.

I get the emails but when I reply with the selfie attached they kind of reject it.. I have been trying from 3 weeks now
